Responsible Gaming Policy

Safe and responsible gaming
at fw999

fw999 believes that entertainment is enjoyable only when it is controlled and responsible. We are committed to protecting every player.

Our Commitment

Why responsible gaming matters

Online gaming and betting are primarily a form of entertainment. At fw999 we want you to enjoy every moment — but we want to make sure that enjoyment never becomes a problem. That is why our platform has a range of safeguards to help you play responsibly.

Online gaming is growing in popularity in Bangladesh. We understand that a small moment of fun can sometimes go too far. fw999's responsible gaming policy exists for exactly this reason — so that you stay in control at all times and entertainment remains just that.

All our services are for users aged 21 and above only. This is not just a rule; it is our ethical responsibility. We are always working to protect minors from gaming.

Safety Tools

How fw999 protects you

Our platform has several tools to help you play responsibly.

Set a Deposit Limit

Set your own limit on how much you can deposit each day, each week, or each month. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately, and additional verification is required to increase it.

Time-Out

If you feel you need a break, temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this period, login and betting will be completely disabled.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a long-term break, use the self-exclusion feature. You can close your account for a minimum of 3 months or permanently. Once this request is processed, it cannot be reversed.

Loss Limit

Decide in advance the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period. Once that limit is reached, betting will be suspended automatically.

Activity Review

View a detailed record of your betting history, deposits, and withdrawals at any time. Understanding your own playing patterns is the first step toward responsible gaming.

24/7 Support

Whenever you need help or have any issue, our Bangla-speaking live chat support is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day.

21+

For users aged 21 and above only

All fw999 services — casino, sports betting, live games — are for adults only. Age verification is mandatory when opening an account. Keep younger members of your household away from this platform. If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to investigate and suspend any account.

Warning Signs

How to know there is a problem

There are some common signs of gaming addiction. If you notice these in yourself or a loved one, seek help promptly.

Betting beyond your budget

Spending more money on betting than your set budget allows, or placing more bets after a loss to try to recover it, is a warning sign.

Impact on daily life

If gaming is causing you to neglect work, studies, or family responsibilities, or is creating problems in relationships, it is time to be careful.

Betting with borrowed money

Taking out loans to bet or cutting back on essential expenses to spend on gaming indicates a serious problem.

Unable to stop gaming

If you repeatedly try to cut down or stop gaming but fail, or feel restless and irritable when you cannot play, you need help.

Tendency to hide it

Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends, or lying about it, can be a sign of a psychological problem.

Playing to escape stress

Using gaming as a way to escape anxiety, loneliness, or frustration is an unhealthy habit.
